Need to Return Something?
At KartBD, your satisfaction is very important to us. We know it's sometimes necessary to return or exchange an item. We want to make it easy for you.
All returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase, and must be accompanied by a sales receipt. Returns past 7 days are not accepted.
Returns without a sales receipt may be approved at the Store Manager’s discretion, when accompanied by a valid customer ID (e.g. phone number). Such returns are eligible for merchandise credit only; no cash refund will be issued.
Electronic items (e.g. mobile, computer parts, and home appliance etc.) cannot be refunded after delivering by Kartbd to the customer’s hand. Electronic items cannot be returned for refund if opened. Defective titles may be exchanged for the same title only.
For exchange any Electronic items must be returned within 3 days of purchase. Such items must be returned new, unused, and complete with all parts, accessories, instructions, and original packaging. After 3 days, the manufacturer’s warranty applies.
Repairs/Replacing for defective items covered by the manufacturer's warranty becomes the responsibility of the manufacturer.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to limit or refuse any items for return or exchange.
